Payment Terms
To streamline the purchase process and ensure timely delivery, the following payment terms will apply:
100% Payment Upfront: Clients must pay 100% of the purchase price upfront before receiving access to any SOP materials.
Digital Delivery: Once payment is confirmed and client information has been verified, the purchased SOP package will be sent via email within 24 hours.
No Refunds: We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any reason.

Ownership of SOPs: All SOPs and related training materials are the intellectual property of Forte SOPs. Clients are granted a single-use license for internal purposes only.
Prohibition on Reselling: Clients are strictly prohibited from reselling or redistributing any SOP materials.
Non-Transferable: The purchase of SOPs is tied to the individual business that made the purchase. SOPs cannot be shared with third parties or transferred to another entity.
