Regulatory Requirements (USVI)
Under OCR regulations:
- Must be completed within 30 days of hire
- Minimum 2 hours of training
- Must be live, interactive (not self-paced only)
- Certification must be renewed annually
Employees may not perform regulated duties without valid certification.
